CHANGE YOUR MIND? HERE’S YOUR WINDOW

General Items can be refunded or exchanged 6 hours from purchase. Further to 6 hours, order is already in process, you will have to wait to receive your items before any further action. Payment and processing charges will be deducted accordingly.

Made to Order items can be refunded or exchanged 12 hours from purchase. Further to 12 hours, your order will be processed which means no changes or can be made. Payment and Processing charges will be deducted accordingly.

QUALITY EXPECTATIONS, DAMAGED ITEMS, WRONG ITEM?

Items are checked and rechecked by our team and the designers. Quality is a factor we take to heart. Nevertheless, you will have 7 days from the day of the item being received to check your items. In the event that an item is received damaged please contact us immediately, our customer support team will guide you to make your exchange. Once an item is sent back, we will arrange for a new item to be sent out, subject to availability of the item you will be given 6 month store credit to make a choice of any other product, a reminder will be sent to your email, further to 6 months store credit will be lost.

WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR THE RETURNS & REFUNDS

Damaged or Incorrect item We will pay for shipping and redelivery if the item is incorrect, if the item was damaged during shipment we will follow up with the courier to ensure payment is free of charge, we do not expect you to pay for this.

Return or Exchange within Window The exchange of your order will be free of charge if done within the Window as listed above. All refunds are subject to payment and processing fees.

WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE A RETURN OR REFUND?

1 - JMH SOUK Seal and Packaging Intact

Every package is delivered with a JMH SOUK seal. Once the seal is broken or packaging destroyed the product is no longer viable for any means of return or exchange, please ensure you check your item correctly before disposing of any packaging materials.

2 - Return and Refund Form

A return and refund form is attached within your order, should you need another please email us and our team will send one to you at the soonest. Please fill in the information and send via email to the listed contact details.

HOW LONG WILL THE REFUND TAKE?

Refunds are only valid within the above detailed ‘Timelines & Windows’ Should your order be eligible to a refund, a confirmation of transaction will be sent within 3 working days, the refund will take anytime from 3 to 30 working days depending on the payment method timelines will vary for the refund.

MORE ON PAYPAL REFUNDS

If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. We will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer.

WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER

We will always try to help, please email us at the soonest should you like to make a change to your order, once shipped or in processed for production we will not be able to make any changes or amendments to your order.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

These items are made especially for you; returns, changes or cancellations are not usually accepted. If you change your mind within 24 hours please contact us so we can see if changes are still viable. Please note, that personalized and/or customized items may have a long lead in time before shipping, but payment will be taken at the time of or shortly after you submit your order and in advance of shipping.
